Clear answers on how House of Corvus works — our business model, venture partnerships and corporate structure.

Business Model

House of Corvus is a founder-led operating group. We build, house and grow technology-enabled businesses through strategy, software, AI, digital infrastructure and commercial execution — with the goal of creating scalable, enduring assets.

Neither label fits cleanly. Corvus is an operating group and venture platform — we operate businesses, build software ventures under the Corvus model, and work selectively with partners. We combine strategic capability with an ownership and execution mindset rather than operating as a conventional consultancy.

Through our operating ventures, retained strategic and technology engagements, and equity or partnership stakes in businesses we help build. We are commercially practical, not theoretical — revenue and enterprise value are built into everything we do.

Venture Partnerships

Partnerships vary. They may involve strategic and growth support, technology and AI infrastructure, a joint venture, or an equity position in a business we help build. We tailor the structure to the opportunity and the people involved.

Our primary contribution is strategic, technological and operational — not purely financial. Where an acquisition or investment conversation is appropriate, we are open to it, but our value is built on execution and systems, not capital alone.

Both. We build new ventures from first principles, and we work with established Australian businesses looking to add strategy, AI systems or growth infrastructure. The common thread is a genuine commercial opportunity and people we trust.

Corporate Structure

House of Corvus is an Australian company based in New South Wales, serving Australian businesses and building ventures under Australian corporate structure.

The current portfolio includes Crow Flies Growth Systems (growth, marketing and digital infrastructure), Aiden Solutions (AI systems and business knowledge infrastructure), Rise & Grind (smart alarm and scheduling software) and LoanMatch (AI and finance technology). New products, acquisitions and partnerships can be added under the Corvus model as the portfolio grows.

No. House of Corvus is a privately held, founder-led group. We are not a franchise and do not take external investment in the parent company at this stage, though we are open to venture-level partnerships and acquisition conversations.
